Days 42 to 44 – not quite as planned this week, Monday and Tuesday being spent insulating (against noise) the main bathroom and 3rd bedroom, fitting fibreglass mesh and rendering. Today was spent doing ‘finicky’ jobs – terrace and front door areas, kitchen and island areas, fitting the Heatmiser control unit and UFH manifold to the wall, clearing up and brushing floors ready for membrane to go down, loosely (for now) and the 3rd bedroom is now done ready for underfloor heating (UFH) pipes to appear (Friday or next Monday).
Tomorrow will be all membrane work and we’ll start running out the pipe for the UFH as soon as that’s done.
