Days 106 to 110 – another busy week – no work Wednesday and half a day today but quite a bit done.
The tiling of the rear balcony is complete bar for grouting (next week). The tiling of the guest en-suite has continued and is looking great. I’ve done some carpentry in the front bathroom building frames into which the mirror cabinet will be installed and sink/shower mounted. The small shaft off the front terrace is now completely waterproofed.
As regards common parts, the garage is looking amazing – the guys there plastering are doing a great job and the pool area is getting tiled.
Next week I only have 2 days in the penthouse so tiling will continue in the bathrooms and the rear balcony will be grouted. I will probably not post an update next week but definitely the week after!
