Days 87 to 91 – a busy week – not too much change visibly but I’m very happy with progress.
So, completed this week – the roof has been primed ready for the liquid membrane to be applied in a couple of week’s time, probably 90% of the floor area has been grouted, the heatpump has arrived and all the bathroom furniture has now been lifted into the penthouse and all water and waste pipes are installed – they just need completion when the system has been tested.
The water pipe pressure test will happen next Monday and on successful completion the floors in all the bathrooms can be finished off and carpentry can begin!
