Il-Mithna, Qala – 31 May 19

So, the builders have stated that the ‘shell’ should be complete by end of next week so I’m gearing up to start work on this penthouse from 10th June 2019.

I’ve put a few marks on the walls for sockets and switches, although the first job that will be done will be sticking insulation panels to all external facing walls.  After that we’ll get on with the electric and plumbing works ready for the underfloor heating system to go in early July.

I won’t be taking on any new projects until this is complete – probably end of 2019.
