Days 26 and 27 – Quite long days but ……. the wiring is complete!! I guess we’ve installed around 2km of wiring of all sorts throughout the penthouse. Still to be done will be the stuff on the roof (Solar water, heat pump and water pump) when they;re installed. Also well underway with the aircon preparation – aiming to get that complete tomorrow and then spend a couple of days rendering/fibreglass meshing walls with the goal of starting on the floor on Saturday or next week.
The rendering gang are starting to point the limestone at the front of the block and the develop’s plumber has been busy installing waste pipes – great news as this will allow me to start thinking about bathrooms and kitchen.
